Please download this file and send via email to boogrigsbyfoundation@gmail.com. Once we receive your grant submission, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have submitted your request and have not received a confirmation email within 7 days, please contact us at boogrigsbyfoundation@gmail.com.

Please make sure the the total of all the attachments that are sent are under 10MB. If the size(s) are any larger there is a chance that the request won't make it through our email server.
